Lastpass – the ultimate password solution

If you are an internet user, you should know that using the same password for every website is dangerous, because if someone gains access to one of your accounts then they will have access to all of your accounts. The problem we now face is that we have so many accounts, we forget the passwords for some of them. If this is you, then I recommend Lastpass.

Lastpass is free for general use, meaning you can store your passwords and access them on any web browser, and use the Chrome/ Firefox extension for auto-filling forms.

Lastpass is extrememly secure, with high security ecnryption, and can be made even more secure with the 2-step verification feature that you get with Lastpass premium (only $1 per month!).

What I like most about the premium version (a full list of features can be found here) is that Lastpass have really made the effort to support a wide range of devices. With apps for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry and more, you can’t really go wrong.

Even though Lastpass is extremely cheap, some people may want to try out the free version first, which is absolutely fine. When you feel that you are comfortable with the layout, you can upgrade with ease.

If you are a business customer, try out the enterprise edition of Lastpass. This lets you create multiple user accounts and allow people to share passwords. This may be really useful when you have a business account (e.g. Twitter or Paypal) that different people need to use.
