You have made a few release titles, and almost have a well ground hold of knowledge as well cash to make a major console game.

Wait, you don’t? Check out Part 1 as well as Part 2 of these articles before continuing!

Making big games on consoles like the PlayStation®4 and Xbox ONE is not easy! You need to be “business professional” to be even thought of consideration.  Business professional standards are easy to meet, if you love being a game programmer.  First, you need to form a corporation, the most common type is a Limited Liability Corporation(LLC).  Which insures that only the entity’s assets may be lost if sued, not your’s and your employee’s assets.

After you create a corporate entity, you are almost there!  Next you just need to apply!
Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.

These are the big 3 console companies, if you want PC just publish to steam, not hard to do!

You will most likely need [company name].com with email service to even talk to these representatives, which is dumb in my opinion, but its business.

I am sponsored by Sony Computer Entertainment America. I only have specific info on their development program only, but you can get information about other corporations at their websites.

Once you get your entity approved, the corporation will send you a non-disclosure agreement form. This form will include confidential information, which may include fees. Please actually read the documentation even though it is a phone book. You must agree to all of that contract… [Find Topic About this in Business]

After all the fees and contracts are finished, you will get development software as well as tools to develop your game. You can publish at anytime, just contact your representative when you have a WORKING GAME!
