An important aspect to professional development is to know where you rank in the eyes of others.

As a service to our writers we will periodically post the current rankings so that they can see where they fall in popularity on the site, and so that they can know who is being more successful so that they can try to figure out a better way to write.

The report shows how many times an Authors Posts Have Been Viewed, the Average Time Each Post is Viewed, and whether Visitors Stay on the Site (Bounce Rate, The Lower the Better), or leave immediately after viewing.

Please keep in mind that the site has only been live for 7 days so take these current numbers with a grain of salt.

In the long run my goal is that you could actually use your ranking on your resume.

Eli Etherton

I am Eli "the Computer Guy" and have been in the tech industry for approx. 20 years doing all kinds of odd projects. I started as an electronics tech in the US Army, worked in corporate IT during the IT Boom, was an individual consultant and grew my tech shop to have numerous full time employees and supported small business clients with computer repair/ server maintenance/ web development/ surveillance systems/ telephone systems until the great recession. After that I started creating video training on all the topics I know and now have a YouTube Channel with over 500K subscribers. I am the founder of GeekBrainDump.com and my plan is to create a tech "news" site that I would actually find useful if I was still in the server room.
